Patti PAGE
Chanteuse US née en 1927, originaire de l'Oklahoma, de son vrai nom Clara Ann Fowler. Patti Page a débuté en 1946 à la station de radio KTUL et enregistra dès 1948 pour Mercury Records. Elle remporte une cinquantaine de hits pour ce label avant de signer en 1963 chez Columbia. Patti, jolie blonde et vocaliste plaisante, aurait pu devenir une grande dame de la Country Music, si elle s'était plus souvent consacrée à ce style.
