Chanteur US Rock 'n' Roll US né Thomas Wayne Perkins le 22 juillet 1940 à Batesville (Mississippi). Thomas Wayne est le frère du guitariste de Johnny Cash, Luther Perkins. Il a débuté en 1958 chez Fernwood Records et obtint la même année une cinquième place dans les charts avec "Tragedy". Il a aussi enregistré chez Mercury, Capehart, Phillips International et Santo Records. Thomas Wayne est décédé le 15 août 1971 dans un accident de voiture.
